The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
Deliveries Out of our Area
Deliveries out of the Steamboat Springs, CO area are currently available via UPS & USPS.
Regarding deliveries made by anonymous senders, it is Live Local Steamboat’s policy to provide the identity of the sender to the recipient upon the recipient's specific request. Therefore, we cannot ensure the anonymity of the sender.
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject a $25.00 charge.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
The deliverer may choose to leave the basket with a neighbor or manager and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or if the area is secure, to leave the basket at the door. The deliverer may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call Live Local Steamboat and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery. Live Local Steamboat employs professional delivery personnel who will find the best delivery choice for your special gift.
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail. At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Extreme weather conditions could delay delivery for which we are unable to control.
